Calling All Knitters

If I wasn't so new to blogging, I might have done this awhile ago, but I want to direct any knitters out there to my friend Jean's blog, Nest. She has a wonderful thing going there, collecting new, knitted woolen goodies for our neighbors up in The County, who are facing winter with limited resources. Unfortunately, this will have to be my one contribution as I am unable to knit due to arthritis that leaves my hands locked up painfully when I have to pinch or hold anything tight like knitting needles and yarn for any stretch of time. Alex is a sporadic knitter, so he won't be sending Nest anything either. So, if you knit or crochet, please check out Nest and consider contributing. Jean is so enthusiastic and great to work with, you will have little doubt just how much your contribution is appreciated.
