Strings of Street Lights : Yule : Eighth Day

This evening we went into "town", which is what people in these parts call Portland, and specifically the Old Port to see the holiday lights and look for special ornaments and pick up any last minute gifts.





At least one visit to the Old Port to peer in shop windows, browse all the beautiful stores and walk the brick and cobbled sidewalks (alas, no snow crunching underfoot this year) and bring home a few things, is a must for our Yuletide. We are hoping, too, that that ringed blue moon means snow is on its way.
